Insight is often held within an organisation in lots of different places, and this is generally because an organisation's systems will be set to run their business, so to run their operations, and so data is stored all across the organisation. And bringing those key important insights that can actually influence the customer journey together is critical, but often not that easy to do. Response One can help clients by not changing the internal processes or operational systems, by just taking different feeds of the very relevant data that can inform marketing strategy and pulling that together in very simple way to drive communications."
