"Retail’s turned on its head by the online shopping but I think it’s important that we find this with a lot of our clients, that a website is not just a place to buy online, it’s a, it’s a place to research experience and then it needs to work in tandem with a fixed bricks and mortar retail environment. But, you know, that’s changed the game. You can use the Internet to communicate offers, benefits, drive traffic as well, and I don’t think a lot of clients have got that, that right. They sort of still expect customers to just turn up at your door but you need to work harder to get them to you."
