David Walker: "Ten years ago I was working with the biggest airline in the UK and they were refusing to put the website on their advertising, ‘cause they thought it was a small, passé kind of thing.  Now, I look at them now, we’ve worked with them on the online ticketing process, check-in processes, the whole thing has revolutionised their business and everything is driven by technology but also more convenient for the consumer, so that’s completely changed the game."
