Engaging video launches Countrywide secret agent campaign

The new Head of People of Countrywide Plc approached us seeking a fresh and strategic way to announce change within the company and energise the 12,500 strong workforce.  The Agents of Change programme aimed to identify and engage ambassadors with the business, and yBC was asked to ensure that the programme was launched with a splash.

To make an impact, we suggested a high-tech launch video documenting how select real Countrywide colleagues were whisked away to a training day at a country manor in Shropshire.
