Back in August 2024, Professor James Higham launched the first episode of his new podcast, Checking In. Well, to be more accurate, Professor Higham, with the help of the team at yBC, launched his podcast.
28 episodes later, and it’s July 2025. The Podcast has an impressive following, and thousands of downloads, Professor Higham receives a fair amount of correspondence and even enquiries for new projects after people listen to an episode.
The podcast is published fortnightly on a Tuesday, and is then also shared by Professor Higham on LinkedIn. The yBC team records the episode, creates imagery to match and publishes it for Professor Higham.
Episodes are short an punchy, informative, on-topic and most will never age. And with that, yBC is helping Professor Higham to build up a valuable resource for his network.
